Not satisfied with the service

The case manager Raquel's first words out of her mouth was we are not giving you any more than 3 hours of hha care, that's appears to be her main objective in the company. she never told me that we had 40 hrs of respite. Worst company do not use it.

User's recommendation: do not use this company, the worst all around.

Customer service

This is the worse company you can deal with. Impossible to get in touch with someone. The social workers do things the way they want to. I was working with an agency taking care of my mother and they cut me off without any previous knowledge. They said that is a conflict of interést for me to get pay. But, if I signed to their program “Pay direct “ it is not conflict of interest. I sent an Email to Tallahassee to verify this information.

Disastrous

Impossible to get in touch with anyone in this company, only one phone number and you only listen to the welcome message over and over again in a loop. Web site does not give access at all, there's no way to contact these people. Does this company even exist or is this a scam?

Sunshine Health Durable Medical equipment (DME) service stinks!

After repeated attempts from my Primary Care Physician (PCP) my PCP will no longer even entertain the thought of sending info/ requests the Sunshine Health. Sunshine continually and repeatedly looses information, reroutes info, gives contradicting procedural explanations, and simply side steps the issue. Sunshine ties the entire process up by squirming it into the MANY various departments that again, disburse to the client MANY conflicting avenues that ultimately arrive nowhere. Over an entire year Sunshine has managed to lose PCP requests, misdirect PCP info, Incorrectly quote procedures, and simply make a mockery of DME procurement in Fl. Stay clear of SUNSHINE HEALTH, they are a total joke and a blight upon the Florida Medical Community!
