After repeated attempts from my Primary Care Physician (PCP) my PCP will no longer even entertain the thought of sending info/ requests the Sunshine Health. Sunshine continually and repeatedly looses information, reroutes info, gives contradicting procedural explanations, and simply side steps the issue.

Sunshine ties the entire process up by squirming it into the MANY various departments that again, disburse to the client MANY conflicting avenues that ultimately arrive nowhere.

Over an entire year Sunshine has managed to lose PCP requests, misdirect PCP info, Incorrectly quote procedures, and simply make a mockery of DME procurement in Fl. Stay clear of SUNSHINE HEALTH, they are a total joke and a blight upon the Florida Medical Community!
